These Terms set out the rules for using the Polish Export Cluster website available at [www.exportcluster.pl] (the “Website”).
§1. General provisions

- These Terms are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
§2. Definitions
- User — anyone using the Website.
- Cluster Member — a business that has signed a membership agreement with the Provider.
- Company profile — a page in the Website directory presenting a Cluster Member.
§3. Services provided on the Website
The Provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:
- access to the directory of Polish companies, event information and articles,
- contact forms, including the enquiry form on company profiles,
- the application form for joining the Cluster.
Cluster membership and publication of a Company profile are based on a separate agreement with the Provider. Membership conditions, including fees, are set out in that agreement.
§4. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and — for forms — an active e-mail address.
§5. Rules of use
- Users must use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
- Sending unlawful content, including spam, is prohibited.
- Information in Company profiles is provided by Cluster Members, who are responsible for its accuracy.
- Event information is for guidance only — the organiser’s information is binding.
§6. Complaints
Complaints about the Website can be sent to [kontakt@exportcluster.pl]. The Provider will respond within 14 days of receipt.
§7. Final provisions
- Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
- The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons and will announce changes on the Website.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms.
